    Hi everyone,

    I haven't encoded any video in long while but I am starting again.
    I read the developer's instructions again but I still don't know what to do about QMin and QMax.
    What are the best values to chose to convert MKV or OGM to AVI. The content is japanese animations?
    Any help is appreciated.

    Now I just use the defaults myself and try to get a good bitrate instead.
