I'm wanting to cut and edit a dx50 avi.
In virtualdub I have smart rendering selected but when I go to the compression list, divx 5 isn't listed.
I checked the vid with avicodec and it says it's supported. Gspot says the codec isn't installed.
I have installed divx codec 6.7 only. Could someone explain what I need to do to get divx 5 as a compression option in virtualdub?

How do I put the codec in single pass quality based encoding and set the quantizer to 3 or 4?
