I have a computer with Windows Vista Home Premium Edition (oem) on it and like to watch DVD's with it. My problem arose when I ripped a Star Wars DVD and merged an Introduction to it in front of the movie and left it on the hard drive. I used the latest version of DVDFAB to do the merge. With Vista MCE it gets through the intro and the first 20 seconds of the movie before it starts all over with the movie but not the introduction. However I put PowerDVD on the system and it plays both the intro the ripped movie as a normal all the way to the end. Also If I burn the files to a DVD MCE still does the above and PowereDVD plays it normal. I have changed the codec over from Microsoft to PowerDVD but the problem with Vista MCE still is there. Any thoughts and enlightenment would be appreciated.
