    Hi

I was trying to backup my Star Wars Episode 1 (Code 1) with RipIt4Me. But DVDecryptor failed becuase my Pioneer drive is Code 3. I have no problem backing up Code 3 discs with RipIt4Me.

Was trying to backup my Star Wars Episode 1 (Code 1) using DVDFab 4.0.2.0 Beta (Dec 14, 2007). Managed to rip it into my hard drive. I used Shrink and it was able to analyze with preview but it crashed after analyze. Is this crash caused by the Code 1 disc and Code 3 drive mismatch ?

    Thanks in advance.

Well... I couldn't wait that long. So, I go ahead and flash the Pioneer DVR-110 to region code free. I actually hold my breath for 30 sec.

After the flashing... RipIt4Me works for both Code 1 & 3 discs. DVDFab works for Code 3 but not Code 1.

Strange, I cannot share the Pioneer DVR-110(master) with hard drive(slave) after the flashing.
