    So, I've been trying to convert DivX AVI files to MPEG-4/H.264, and whenever I do, it converts the audio normally, but the video gets compressed into the first half of the file (so it looks like it's just moving very quickly) and then goes white for the last half. It also converts rather quickly. Any idea why this might be happening?

    What software are you using for trying to convert DivX to H264
