Hey everyone, this is my first post. I'm so frustrated using dvdfab platinum. I was copying dvd's and everything was going okay, but now I don't know how I did it. I put in the DVD to scan and copy to my hard drive. After it's done, the DVD pops out and asks me to put in the blank one. What am I supposed to put it in the source column? Also, what am I supposed to put in the target column? Please go step-bystep on what I'm supposed to do. After scanning and copying in the source column, what am I supposed to do to get it from my hard drive? When the dvd is finished scanning and copying to my hard drive I use to get a message to put in a blank dvd and it begins to burn. Now I don't get anything but a message to put in a blank media and to push okay. what am I supposed to run as the source? I just don't know how to get it as the source. Also, am I supposed to have D:\[Pioneer DVD-RW DVR-K16A 1.63(Ide)] as my target? I've tried everything I could think of but I keep getting error messages. Please show me how to do it. I don't know how to use a computer very well so can you please use as many examples as you can and also give me answers like I'm a 10 year old.
    Thanks for any help, ED.

  2. DVDFab should have asked you at some point where do you want the ripped files put on your PC, no? That location is where you need to point it to to burn to your blank disc.

My guess would be that 'D:\[Pioneer DVD-RW DVR-K16A' would be your target and your extracted file your source. You should be able to look in the 'Preferences' menu to see where the files are going to. I would guess either the DVDFab folder in your 'Program Files' or somewhere in your 'Documents' folder. If all else fails, do a 'Search' for the files by name.

And you might end up uninstalling the program, then reinstalling it and see if that resets it all.

After disc pops out remove and insert blank..for "Source" click on folder button on the right and pick VIDEO_TS folder, it should already be highlighted,if not it's in C:\My Documents\DVDFAb folder )..now set "Target" to your D:\ and "Start"
