    im trying to make a vcd from a cuple of mpeg«s i have decoded all in VCD Gear and just some of them works in toast. When i choose to burn them in mepg some of them gets the messege that they needs to be encoded , but they already are. What shuold i do ??? any help

    they're encoded in a bad format. not all MPG are good for VCD, they must follow specifications

    you must encode them again with software like Cleaner, or convert to quicktime .MOV then encode again in Toast
