Hi, I burned a disc with some data, and I left the disc open for multiple recordings. When I went back to record more data to the disc, the new data shows up fine, but the original data is gone. These are NOT RW discs. What could have happened? Is there any way to retrieve the lost data? Looking at the disc, it looks like the new data was added to the old, as there is now less "free space" appearing.

    Thanks!

  3. You didn't import the first session when you burned the second session. IsoBuster should be able to recover the first session.

There is only one "active" table of contents (TOC) on the disc. When you burn a second session the first TOC is marked invalid and a second TOC is written. If you want to retain the files from the first session you have to import the first TOC when you burn the second session.
