    Does anyone know if it is possible to extract only the Recode part of the Nero 8 program? I have Nero 8, as I bought it the other day but deleted it from my computer because I think version 6 works better. Is there a way for me to just get the Recode part of it and not the whole program of Nero 8?

    Nero is an all-in-one package, it doesn't allow you to use seperate pieces. I also don't believe that you can install two different versions at the same time.

    That's not true, I have both version 6 and version 7 installed on my laptop............both work fine.
    Got my retirement plans all set. Looks like I only have to work another 5 years after I die........

    Thanks for telling me that. I want to use version 6 and only the recode from my version 8.

    Is there anything I have to do to install my version 6, other than having it in a different folder and such?
