    When I try to play an HD-DVD that I rent from NetFlix, the player refuses to play it - it gives me some error message/code. Anyone see or hear about this?

    Unfortunately not every disc may work. I have that drive and I have the matrix hddvd collection. My copy of RELOADED works about every oher time I put it in.

    All I can say is try putting in a hddvd disc you know works, then stop it and put in the unworking disc. That might jar it loose.

    There is also the likelihood of a damaged disc.
