reinstalled windows. SVCD2DVD will not activate.

I recently re-did my system for better performance. Still on XP pro. This program will nt activate for some reason. Have installed the newest version. Everytime I try to open it it takes me through putting user name and reg number in. I hit next to get my activation key. Then I hit activate. Sits there for a couple of seconds then the programs splash screen comes up. The splash screen goes away but no program it just closes. Please help.

Hi Del - drop me an email and we'll do it manually. Couple of questions first: XP or Vista? Is SVCD2DVD installed on your system partition?

I figured it out and emailed you about it chris. I have 2 partitions on my main drive. A small one for the OS and a huge one for all my programs and stuff. After the reinstall of XP I ran SVCD2DVD setup as I normaly do. This put it back in the folder I had it before but for some reason created a subfolder. That was the problem.

I had to uninstall the program and remove the entire old folder. Not removing the folder yielded the same result as far as activating. After removing the old folder I reinstalled the program and I was back in buiesness.
