    is there such a program which can remove a camera flash on a photo please

    Do you mean a photo where someone used a flash as your photo was taken? If it overloaded the camera from the light, you may not be able to do much if the data is missing from too much light.

    But for freeware, you could try Gimp: http://www.gimp.org/ Or Photoshop if you have the $$.

    yes exactally like that as i have this horrible white flash now on photo, but just wondered if there was a program to remove the white flash. i have photoshop but will also try gimp
