FFMPEG 3gp conversion

Hello. I am trying to convert mpg/avi to 3gp with mp3 but it doesn't work. I use "-acodec mp3" and "-acodec -mp3lame". I know that I have to install lame but I don't know how to do that in windows. Thank you.

that depends on what you mean...

If you're building ffmpeg yourself,
you need to compile with lame

if you're using pre-built it's probably built with lame,
and no you don't need to install the lame encoder.
