Tracking down old AVI container create/extract software

I'm looking for an old program, series of programs, that I used to use to create and extract AVI container files. It is almost identical, in appearance and function, to the MKVToolNix programs MKVMerge and MKVExtract; except that it is for AVIs. Anyone remember what this was and where to get it now?

Nope, but thanks; totally the wrong idea. That's what I thought the name was initially (unless it's drastically changed over the last year of so). What I'm looking for was literally a rip-off, base, partner, whatever of MKVToolNix in every regard. They were identical, except this one was for was for AVIs.
