Hello to all!
I am encountering a fps problem. I captured a vhs tape of our annual Thanksgiving Church concert. I used my Ulead Video Studio to capture. I then exported it as an AVI file.
I opened it in Adobe Premiere and Vegas 8. The video file properties says that the FPS is 29.94 or something like that but the project lists it as 29.97.. I notice that the audio is faster than the video. The project starts out with proper synching, but as it goes the video starts to lag.
What is the best way to speed up the video. I tried renedering and changing the playback speed. Did not work.
How can I do this? And please don't say " I shulda bought a Mac", I know now
Thank you in advance.
