You can eat carbs at the morning, and avoid them totally the rest of the day. That's what I do
Are you praying for a little peace of a cake ? chocolate ?
Eat it in the morning, and the rest of the day eat meat, fish, whatever but with vegetables
You can also eat fruits between when you have hungry
    I make this for years
Probably the worst feeling i've experienced while on low-carb: is eating a good bit of meat like a decent sized steak, yet STILL feeling hungry regardless.

Because the body is craving the carbs. Really weird feeling, being physically quite full but still somehow...hungry. After a while this goes away though and the body learns to go without it, but the first few weeks can be difficult and thats when most will cave in.

And you must exercise! Maintaining your weight while on the diet is the easy part, but if you want to improve your position and LOSE weight you must work at it.

Okay well I have been going to the gym a lot lately and have already started feeling better about myself but, did anyone catch the first episode of How To Look Good Naked? That show definately help boost my self confidence. I can't wait to see the next episode. Plus I watched it while I was on the treadmill

  3. Pretty much whats been said already.

Eat right. Healthy and smaller portions. And cardio, cardio, cardio. Running on the treadmill 30 minutes a day will burn a lot of calories.

Lifting weights is good too! Nothing extreme like a BBer, but you definitely should do a little in addition to regular cardio.

Yeah cardio is the main thing that'll burn the calories though. You don't necessarily need to "run" on a treadmill, just long duration sustained walking at a good consistent speed everyday will do it. Don't forget about the incline settings, thats all part of it.

Pants on fire I saw the show you are talking about and it was great. I never thought about watching it while running on the treadmill, that is uch a good idea because i get so wrapped up in the show I would forget that I was even on the treadmill.
