    What is the best program to change an mpeg file to dvd? Also what is a good program to burn the movie? Thanks.

    You will get lots of answers with this question. I use TMPGEnc DVD Author

    Regarding the best burning software, IMGBurn is the best one.

    DVD Flick will use it as is if it is compliant, or re-encode it if it isn't.

    I also like FAVC.

    I second the vote for Imgburn as the best burner
