Should I do the REMOTE DESKTOP CLIENT upgrade. I don't have anything on my computer like that in the first place. What is it exactly?
Thanks.

The Remote Desktop Client upgrade only shows up in Software
Update if the machine has had Apple Remote Desktop Client enabled
on it in the past.
Is the computer owned by a School or a Business?
Are you the admin, or do you have an on site tech guy/gal?
There is no harm or adverse affect if you do or don't do the
upgrade yourself; if your computer is owned by a business or school,
the admin can ALWAYS update this component remotely, without
you knowing it.

When I'm not here, Where can I be found?

I have cleanly installed Leopard and I have never even seen Apple's Remote Desktop SW. But the software update is offering to update it for me anyway. I have ignored that offer.
...but this is somewhat OT for this forum...
