AutoGK / VDup Error - File in use (but its not)

Guys,

I am trying to use AutoGK (the first time) to convert a DVD to a divx file.

When I run it it starts vdup a few times and then vdup ends with this error:




I reinstalled vdup a few times - no help.

What do I need to do to fix this?

I have symantec antivirus and unladed it .. still no change ...

Any other ideas?

I tried .. it doesnt find a locking handle

This is bizarre ... vdup runs 2 other passes fine and then it has that issue

i replaced the vdup with a vdup from the vdup website and it works now ..


no clue why
