SFV, RAR and other weird files from downloaded film.

Hi there

I have downloaded a movie and when I go to the folder where I downloaded it to, there is just loads of files that are called; dmt-deck.r00; dmt-deck.r01; dmt-deck.r02; dmt-deck.r03 etc etc all the way to dmt-deck.r48. And the theres a RAR file and a SFV file named dmt-deck.rar and dmt-deck.sfv.

What do I have to do to watch this film
