    I have some Mpeg movies that I would like to stop at a certain point in the movie and pull out an image at the point where I stopped. Is there a program that would allow me to do that? Thanks.

    virtualdub will do it just set selection start and and selection end at the point you want to save then go to file and choose save image sequence then just chose the image that you want as you will have a couple to choose from best of luck
