    Hi There
Firstly I am new so I appologise in advance if this is in the wrong place !

I am trying to create a DVD using quicktime files which i have converted into vob. files, i was wondering if anyone knows a great piece of software I can use to then put these vob. files onto a DVD which plays on a continuous loop with no menue or title screen. Simply I want to put the DVD in the drive and let it play through my vob files and when it reaches the end it will loop and start at the first vob file again. I dont know how acheviable this is but I am prepared to pay for this software.

Any help wpuld be much appreciated as i am at a complete loss as to what to do here!

    Thanks in advance

If you have created VOB files, you have already created a DVD. But DVD-Lab Pro (among others I presume) can use your VOBs as input, and easily create a DVD that loops back to the start when it has reached the end.

DVD-Lab is an authoring app, not a converter. The Pro in DVD-Lab Pro implies it's not a tool for amateurs to get their downloads into Video DVD format. Use FAVC or Convertx2dvd for that kind of job.
Take a look under Convert left for guides on Quicktime and FLV to DVD.

You can do it without re-authoring an already made DVD by changing navigation with DVDRemake (or maybe the free PGCEdit).
Once a DVD reaches the end of playback, it uses a post-command in the last program chain that (usually) leads to e.g. top menu. You can change that command to go to the first played item instead (call the same program chain of video manager that uses pre-commands for starting playback). A fast way, but needs some experience and adjustment in individual cases.

  6. As Alex_ander said, it can be done using PGCEdit (free), and fairly easily, if you know anything at all about it. You run the trace until you come to the last command from the menu to play the video. It may be something like:

    1 (Jump VTS_PTT) Jump To TTN 1, Chapter 1

Where the video is title 1, and you want to start at the first chapter. You right-click on it and copy the command. Then you go and find the post command for the video. As Alex_ander said, it usually takes you back to the menu. It may say something like this:

1 (CallSS) Call the VTSM Root menu of the current VTS, Resume Cell 1

Find that line (or something similar) and right-click on it to replace the original command with the one you copied that makes the video play. There are tons of variations to this, but if you created the DVD yourself, I expect the navigation commands are pretty simple and easy to figure out. You can't really mess anything up permanently because PGCEdit saves the original IFOs as soon as you open the DVD. If something messes up, replace them and start over. I don't know of any guides for exactly what you want, so it'll be pretty much trial and error.

But any decent authoring program can set it up the way you like, without you having to do it after it's been authored. Here's a PDF guide that kind of lays it out, but it takes a Loop button created during the authoring using Pinnacle Studio 9 and makes it loop when you click on it, not exactly the same as what you're asking, if I understand you correctly. But there may be some helpful stuff in there:
