I am having problem capturing video. I am trying to record live streaming video. Unfortunately, when I play back the video I can see the video fine, but I get no sound. Can anyone help me figure out how to get audio with my video?

Can you recommend a program that I can use to capture video with sound without having to use an external microphone?

Is anyone familiar with Replay a/v? I am having some trouble with this program and can't get much help from their customer service. I am trying to capture streaming video that comes up on my windows media player.

I have a child out of state in a competition, and this is the only way I can view her performance. I am at work all day and trying to record from home while I work. The competition started today, but she doesn't perform till tomorrow. That is why I really wanted to hammer out any problems today.

I sincerely appreciate all the help with this process. Thank you.

  7. Try http://www.wmrecorder.com/

It has a trial period and claims to record streaming WMV. (It is WMV that your are trying to capture?)

I don't have a link, just an access button I push.

Next to the button it says "1c2winlive6699 - ending on 2007-12-08 00:00"

  11. I get "Invalid folder" when I try that.

What is the web site you are accessing and where is the video? Is it the same place you will watch your child's competition? Do you need a password?
