  1. Hi I was wondering how to copy protect a DVD? Meaning I don't want people to be able to burn the DVD. I am making DVD's of my schools pop show and I don't want them to be copied by the average person. What are some free ways or open source ways of doing this?

    Hijacked? The original poster was seeking a method to protect, and the proper solution was a watermark. Not some make-believe protection scheme you hint at (and does not exist).

    Maybe you should actually read the whole thread you claim was hijacked and learn what the OP of that thread was actually trying to acomplish
