how would the average DVD-player react if we feed it with a DVD±R including (S)vcd tracks, burnt in normal (s)vcd mode? becouse of the extra sector story it should mean you have a ± 5.3gb (s)vcd.
perhaps something interresting to test out. its a nice for some people to have 5:20 hours of storage room

Is it even possible to burn in mode2 form2(VCD,SVCD) on a dvd-+r/w??...I dont think so but I'm no dvd-+rw expert.

i have no idea Baldrick, i heared from some (unrelyable) sources it was possible. its only bad luck i am unable to test it out.

It works! I just tried it. It will perhaps not work on EVERY dvd player, as I only tried one. but it DOES work, and in case you have rest my last post, you know I tried it :)
