    Need to do some ovrlap video scenes - IS THERE ANY VIDEO AUTHORING software that allows you to overlap - PC Windows
    I.E. Fade sceneout into fade scene in

    Use a video editor, most advanced editor has transistions effects like windows movie maker, premiere elements, ulead videostudio, etc.

    If you are coming from DVD sourced material, Womble will onle re-encode the fades, and not the rest of the video
