how to remove pause on vcd?

I converted and edited a concert dvd to several mpeg parts and used nero to convert into vcd. On Nero, i set the pause to 0 seconds. Unfortunately, everytime it changes to the next track (chapter) i still get a pause. Any suggestion to remove the pause? Thanks

Try burning 'disc at once' (not 'track-at-once')!
