Just read that Samsung has a new combo player out for $999
I read that its a really good player, and has virtually no product faults.

  2. How long has this been in the market to be marked as having virtually no product faults?

Your statement about it being a "really good player" with "virtually no product faults", and then having only a reference to Samsung's website, does not seem like a chorus of ringing endorsements from unbiased reviewers.
