Hello,

I am pretty frustrated with this problem. I put the card in and it installed into Device Manager quite easily. I have everything hooked up as correctly as I know how and when I started MCE it comes up and says that the tuner hardware is malfunctioning or not installed. This is a clean install and I've installed nothing else onto the computer. The Angel Diagnostic says everything has passed. Can someone help me figure this out?

Also, I tried using Nero and when it scanned the tuner cards it says:

Nero Home cannot scan this card.

So, what might be wrong?
