    Once again, the problem seems to be that while OGM-demuxing apps exist in comfortable abundance, apps which can take audio & video and turn them back into OGM seem scarce. And not easy to find with searches, for that matter. If it exists, it's probably easy to recommend. Please and thanks. ;p

    VirtualDub Mod should be able to do that if you have the proper codecs installed. Two codec programs you may need are: OGG DirectShow Filter / OggDS / OGM Codec and OGG Vorbis ACM Codec.

    Audacity can also handle Ogg audio if you need to edit or modify. BTW, OGM can have many different audio formats. You need to check what your file is using. It may not be Ogg.
