I was wondering what is the max fps that a xvid dvd player can play? cause i'm thinking of downloading this video but it's 120fps in divx codec and I wasnt' sure a xvid dvd player could play 120fps

NTSC would be 30fps and PAL would be 25fps. Those are the standards, you can look up NTSC and PAL in the Glossary for more info.
The file(s) will play just fine on a Divx player (assuming they meet the specs required by your player), but you won't see 120fps.Google is your Friend
