They allow you to place orders for items not in stock and worse, items that are out of print. They showed the items as available, in stock, and ready to ship.
Bastards. Time wasters.
They also charged my credit card in advance.
I cancelled my order, but I will probably have to file a bank chargeback.
They never replied to e-mails.

If they staff their online store like they did their retail outlets, I'd avoid it like the plague. The stores seemed to have a 3 tattoo, 5 facial piercings minimum hiring policy, and giving a shit was an instant rejection of potential employees. I'm glad those eyesores are gone, though it's sad that such a horrid customer service outlet still exists on the web.
