Looking for software that can do this...

Hello,
I am looking for some software that allows me to broadcast to an extra monitor (projector) with live footage froma connected video camera whilst having graphics on the top.

What I need is
> Live Video Support
> Chroma Key (graphics designed with green background)
> Ability to show Live Broadcast on projector while on main screen be able to monitor and add stuff.

If anyone knows what would be able to do this please post a link or something to the software.

Don't know of any software that will do it live with any great quality. Live work of this type usually requires something like this : http://www.pslx.co.uk/wj-mx50.htm

This is one of the best software products around for this type of work, however it isn't real-time : http://www.adobe.com/products/creativesuite/production/ultra/

The quality does not matter, i just want to be able to have a video camera hooked up with graphics on top. I have done post production graphics using green as background and keying it out but not live. Anyone else know anything i could use?????
