I took a 200 meg .avi file and encoded it to VCD with Tmpg. All works fine but one problem. The file size was 1.4 gigs?So instead of making 2 cd's for one movie I have to use 4 cd's.This is not a SVCD so the file size shouldn't be that big.I was folloing the tutorials on the left for converting to VCD and I think the problem lies with the constant bitrate setting?I have set the constant bitrate of 2496.Is that to big?Tha audio is still at 44,000 29.97 frame rate and te High search percision is set to High Quality (slow)
Any bit a help would be appreciated.
Thanks
