    Can anyone suggest a simple program that will allow me to create a DVD game or quiz that will play in a standalone DVD player? Maybe something along the lines of Xatquiz?

    Nope. There is no simple way to do it.

    DVD Lab Pro has templates for a basic quiz game, but game design requires a lot of planning and preparation, not a quick fix push button authoring tool.
