Hey I have several movies that i downloaded off the internet in .avi format.

If I wanted to write them to a DVD so I can view them on my DVD player, what are the exact steps I should do?

Should I be able to put the .avi file onto the DVD using ImgBurn and itll work? Or do I have to transform the .avi format to some other format so my DVD player will read it. Please help!

    P.S. The DVDs I have are 4.7GB 16x!

Or if the avi files are in divx or xvid format and your dvd player supports divx then you can use the build mode in imgburn and just burn the avi files on a dvd.
