Black lines in SVCD

hey, i'm having some problem when i encode DVD to SVCD using TMPEGEnc while its encoding i see black lines sometimes they little lines every few frames and when the encoding is done, and i play the mpg the line sappear on the mpg too please help me ;(

Probably interlacing. Search the forums for that term and you will find enough information to probably make you feel overwhelmed.
