    Is there a switch to force 16:9 aspect ratio in FFMPEG? I checked the documentation and what I found seems to apply to the output A/R.

    To set the aspect ratio in ffmpeg, you use the following param string.

    ffmpeg -i input.avi -aspect 16/9 ...

    -vhelp 4433
