    I have some video which I have applied filters to. I want to save as still images but only the keyframes or maybe less frames than that.
    I know how to save as images but how do I drop the frames I don't want. Do I need to delete every frame I don't want manually and then save as image. Is there a field I have not come across?

    You could change the fps, video->frame rate->decimate by XX.
