I would like to create a process to

a. convert VOB files to WMV files
b. WMV files should have timestamps

The VOB source is from a standard sony DVD cam and is not copyrighted

I am looking for either an app that can do batch or an SDK we can develop around

Where should I start since am looking at converting as many as 20000 vobs per year
