I'm having trouble. I forgot how to use Flash CS3 to make a movie. Last tim, I had the original MPEG-2 files from the DVD to work with. This time, all I've got is a SWF document. I need to somehow make it to where this SWF has player controls, where users can pause and rewind as necessary. THe I need to embed it into a webpage. I looked on Google for the guide I used last time. Of course, I don't see it, and it was many months ago that I did this last.

Any ideas on what to do, or where to get help?

Most of the Google results I got were for more complicated things, which assumed you already knew the basics. Others were sites selling tutorials or books. I don't want that, I need something today. I already have a book on order, but this can't wait a week or more.
