I'm experiencing some audio problems on a DVD I just burned. The audio "pops" at certain places in the movie that weren't noticeable in the original video file on my computer. I went back and listened closely to the original file, and heard the pops, but they weren't nearly as noticeable as on the burned dvd. Does anyone have any ideas as to why the pops are so much more noticeable on the DVD? I converted and burned the avi file using NeroVision. Thanks.

Sounds like the audio track was Normalized before being converted to AC3.

I would recommend you check your audio tracks are not clipping. Watch your volume meters closely to make sure your tracks are within acceptable areas. You can get undesired pops and clicks when you mix/pan two music tracks together with some software, even if the tracks do not clip too though. Try lowering the master volume or certain tracks by a few db.

    hope that helps.
