Windows explorer? I don't get you.

But I can't see any files if I open on Windows media player. It says no disc in drive.

    WIndows explorer = http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Windows_Explorer = file browser.

Is it an original dvd? Maybe a homeburned dvdr disc that just not work on your computer. Try on a different computer or dvd player. If it still doesn't work return it.

If it's the new release, it may have some copy protection measures (a.k.a. corruption) that prevents computer playback (like some autorun that installs crap in your computer).

First of all, you need to look at this logically and try to narrow down the problem. YOU, not us, have to do this because it's your laptop and your DVD.
It's troubling that you didn't know what Windows Explorer is.

Can you play any other DVDs in the laptop? If yes, then we know that the laptop DVD drive works. If not, maybe that is your problem. You might consider downloading and installing the free VLC player. Windows Media Player is not great for playing DVDs and I wouldn't use it for testing whether a disc is good or not.

Next, you need to take the DVD and see if a standalone player can play it OK. Surely you have a friend who has a player if you don't have one yourself. If the DVD won't play anywhere, maybe it is bad. You should be aware that some Americans and Canadians have reported various strange problems with this set. I wouldn't be surprised at all if your DVD is bad. I'm a Beatles fan, so I keep up with stuff like this.

There is some possibility that Mats' post is right, but so far I haven't read anything about this happening. Just keep in mind that it is a possibility.
