I am trying to convert high def 720p .mkv files to mpeg2 to make dvds and the problem is that movie has many "stop and go".
I use Tmpgenc Xpress for it.
I notice that .mkv files play with the same problem in VLC media player but they play well in Windows Media Player.
Does anyone expert has any clue what is going wrong?
Thanks a lot
