I am interested which programs and (or) technologies were used for making this video clip. I am interested, because the idea in the basis consists of “making” ordinary household goods inspired and living. Please watch video and answer.

You need more than software. First you have to shoot video with some pro type camera(high resolution), than import it in editing software like Vegas, Premiere to cut, make transitions and produce final video you see playing.
Most of these programs will export Mpeg, QuickTime and other formats, depend where you want to play them.

    ..

for what I saw you'll need a LOT more than just software and hardware - you'll need a LOT of experience and expertise. Time for a career change maybe? good luck.

Not sure where tinker was going with that...

The 1st few and last few clips are standard nice cam shots that any pro could do with good equpment, talent, and lighting.
The bulk of the commercial was an inside-the-washer view created totally via virtual sets in a standard 3d modelling/rendering/animation package. I'm not sure which one--Maya, 3D Studio Max, Blender, SoftImage, Truespace, Cinema4D, Lightwave--but I would think that most would be quite capable of doing this. There may be a few features to the translucency and lighting effects that are proprietary and particular to a certain application, however many of these kinds of extra-real enhancements are custom-coded one-time scripts.

That was a good clip--took some talent and probably quite a bit of time. Recreating something along the same lines using just a few apps and a single person would probably take months.

What Scott said, and the lighting and reflections were rendered with a heavy duty renderer - ala Final Render, Mental Ray, etc. Then, the images were composited and enhanced with something like Combustion, Shake, or similar.

Lots of render power (many computers) required to make this video.
