I have been using the AC3Filter on my PC for about a year, with the stereo PC audio output connect to my Dolby Surround Processor (dolby pro-logic)... this has been working all this time and outputting the rear channels correctly, until about a week ago when the rear speakers "dissapeared". I know they are getting something from the receiver caz I hear static which is volume controlled, and the processor TEST mode does output to the rear speakers. I have tried several matrix/output options within the AC3Filter (re-starting my video-player each time). unless something has really happened to the processor that it outputs the TEST pattern but not the processed/decoded sound, I am lost...

very frustrating. have used Windows Media Classic and Windows Media Player for output. have used every single output option within ac3filter. no difference. I have a audio surround test file and by changing the ac3filter output options and playing back the testfile I can hear the sounds change, and occasionally based on the output option some will dissapear, so I know the output options are having an effect, but I CANNOT get the rear channels to work... ugh.. anyone with any suggestion, please???

BTW I have the 1.46version of ac3filter running on WIN-XP MCE

anyone else, I would appreciate knowing what settings people use within AC3Filter for a similar setup - PC audio stereo output to a Pro-Logic processor (and rememebr it WAS working and suddenly stopped and I dont know what if anything changed)
