I have recently bought a dvd burner and i'm a complete novice to the world of burning although i have had succes in the [ast with .avi and .mpg files. Now i need help with dvd imagesa.

I have got hold of a dvd image and i would like to burn it to disc.

I use nero 7 ultra edition as my burning software!

the folder in which holders the dvd image has 11 seperate files
    they include:

2 backup files of the IFO called "VIDEO_TS" and "VTS_01_0"

    7 DVD Movie files called "VIDEO_TS" , "VTS_01_0" up to "VTS_01_5"

2 DVD Movie Info files called "VIDEO_TS" and "VTS_01_0"

    all this has confused me

Using Nero I am able to create a dvd with a customised title screen show small screen of each chapter; which is not what i want.

I am able to watch the DVD using Nero which shows the title screen with all the options available on the DVD menu!!

How do i turn all those files into an exact copy of the original dvd (which i has gone awol) which when i put in my player will load up the title screen to the movie??

am i able to do this using Nero 7 ultra edition??

remeber i am a eginner to this so please don't make the replys to technical.

Thank you in advance for those who help me out

I have just read on another post something about all these files being in a VIDEO_TS folder which i have.

Do i need to just put this folder on to a disc for it to play like the original dvd?

In nero burning rom just choose to create a dvd-video and add the video_Ts folder. https://www.videohelp.com/guides/category/how-to-burn-an-already-authored-dvd-video-fol...o-ts-3;25#3;25

And you can edit your post instead of replying to it.
