    Hi people,
    I have this MP4 file I encoded from Vegas timeline but didn't select just the region I wanted to encode and it did the whole thing. Rather than encoding it again, is there some simple freeware program out there where I can just cut off the part I don't need and save the file as if I had encoded it correctly in the first place?
