Split Video

Needing some help on what program to use to split the audio and video cause my file is way out of sync it first starts out with 3 secs out of sync and ends up to be 10 secs out of sync
my file is a dvix 3

I tried TMPGEnc but it said it's not an mpg file so i'm kinda lost on what programs that will split the video and audio cause i know i can use besweet to fix the audio

Ok but been looking for instructions so far i have video is direct stream copy and audio is source audio and thats the last step i know where to go from there is like a big ?

Extract the audio through File - save WAV. Process the audio in your favourite editor. Go to Audio - WAV Audio... and choose the file you just processed. Go to Video and choose Direct stream copy. Now go to File - Save as AVI...

Done!

sorry don't mean to be a pain but all i'm doing is saving the same file over and over again its not demuxing it i must be doing something wrong

1 I open my file
2 I select video and scroll down on choose direct stream copy
3 I select Audio and scroll down and select source Audio
4 click file and save as avi

I know i must be doing something wrong can some one help me out thx
