I've tried a few different programs (ulead 11, videora, super) to convert videos to h.264 for my ipod. After converting I import to iTunes and iTunes always wants to reconvert the video. Is there a another program? From what I know all I need is a mp4 (h.264) 320x240, 30fps, 768 video bitrate and 128 audio bitrate. I've never had a problem with converting to iPod videos without using the h.264 codec.

I didn't have much luck with ripbot. I converted 3 videos using the iPod settings and none of the resulting videos would even import into iTunes. I could play the videos with VLC but not import to iTunes. Any other suggestions?
